Miss Nevada Teen All American 2025

Tierney Paige Toney is honored to serve as Miss Nevada Teen All American, proudly representing the strength, resilience, and spirit of the Silver State. Born in Okinawa, Japan, she has lived in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, and now calls Minden, Nevada home. As a military child, Tierney was raised with a deep respect for service, sacrifice, and adaptability — values that continue to shape her character and purpose today.

Now a freshman at the University of Nevada, Reno, Tierney is studying Speech Pathology and Audiology — a field she was inspired to pursue due to her own journey with hearing loss. At just four years old, Tierney lost over 80% of the hearing in her right ear. After two surgeries and the placement of two prosthetic bones, she now hears at about 85%. She also spent several years in speech therapy to overcome speech challenges caused by her early hearing loss. These personal experiences have instilled in her a passion to help others find their voice — both literally and figuratively.

Tierney’s platform is a heartfelt extension of her life as a military child: she is committed to supporting active and retired members of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community, as well as their families and Gold Star families, as they heal from the invisible wounds of war. Her advocacy focuses on awareness, access to healing resources, and creating safe spaces for connection and support.

In her free time, Tierney enjoys singing, reading, hiking, spending time with her family, and exploring the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe. She believes in the power of resilience, compassion, and turning challenges into purpose.

With her lived experiences, unwavering dedication, and passion for service, Tierney is proud to represent Nevada on the national stage and aims to inspire others to lead with empathy, courage, and heart.
